How it works

Add items to your cart

Items in your cart are not reserved. Another buyer may take the last item or meet-and-greet spot while it is still in your cart.

Click Pay

We check availability and reserve your items while you pay. Reserved items are taken out of the available count. The payment page stays open for about 30 minutes.

Complete your payment

Once payment is confirmed, the items are yours. We remove them from your cart and show your pickup code on the confirmation page. You can also find your order in your account.

If you leave checkout

Closing the payment page does not release your items straight away. If checkout expires without payment, we release them after the payment provider confirms it has closed. Your cart stays saved, but availability is checked again when you try to pay.

You can buy one meet-and-greet spot per guest.
